What happens between the first inquiry and production handover?
A controlled project moves through requirement definition, technical and layout freezes, signed scope, manufacturing, inspection, FAT, packing, shipping, site readiness, installation, commissioning, training and handover. Each gate needs named inputs, an owner and reviewable evidence.

Confirm Inputs Before Configuration
The process starts with product, package, output, site, utility, and operating information. Open assumptions should be recorded so the technical proposal can be reviewed accurately.

Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
