What does “turnkey” need to mean before you ask for price?
It needs to describe one written project boundary: the production outcome, included equipment, engineering and services, buyer-side work, interfaces, acceptance evidence and handover conditions. The word alone does not prove that every item is included.

The term can include different responsibilities from one supplier to another. A useful proposal states what is included, what the buyer must provide, and which interfaces still need coordination.
