How do you know the factory is ready for installation?
Readiness is demonstrated when the building, equipment access, floor, clearances, utilities, drainage, storage, lifting, labor, safety controls and trial materials are available at the agreed interfaces. “Construction nearly finished” is not a site-ready release.

Verify Conditions, Not Assumptions
Approved layout dimensions, floor and drainage status, unloading routes, lifting access, utility availability, and secure storage should be checked against the project-specific readiness list.
Close Gaps Before Mobilization
A joint readiness review helps identify incomplete civil work, missing connections, access conflicts, and buyer-supplied items before they interrupt installation or commissioning.

06 Responsibility
Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
