01 Answer first
What does this project stage need to resolve?
Commissioning confirms that installed systems can be started, adjusted, and operated together under the agreed project conditions.
02 Where it fits
Position in the project journey
Startup - after installation and before training and handover.
03 Buyer inputs
What the buyer should prepare
- Installed and mechanically complete line
- Stable utilities and approved trial materials
- Available operators, maintenance personnel and local support
04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs
What should be clarified or provided
- Startup sequence and machine parameters
- Interlock, transfer and stop/restart checks
- Filling, capping, labeling, packing and line-synchronization adjustments
Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.
05 Technical scope
Questions and work to control
Progress From Checks to Production
The sequence may include installation verification, utility confirmation, dry checks, individual equipment startup, product introduction, format setup, line integration, and operator involvement.
Use Agreed Inputs and Criteria
Results depend on site utilities, production materials, product conditions, trained personnel, and other buyer inputs. The commissioning plan should define these project-specific preconditions and the evidence to record.
- Readiness and safety prerequisites
- Defined products, containers, and packaging materials
- Open-item, adjustment, and acceptance records
06 Responsibility
Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
07 Common risks
What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty
- Commissioning is treated as installation labor
- Packaging materials differ from the approved samples
- Integrated issues are not recorded by machine and interface owner
08 Acceptance or completion
How to know the stage is complete
The agreed commissioning checks are completed and recorded, with remaining items assigned before training or handover.
09 Required documents
Records that support the decision
- Mechanical-completion release
- Commissioning procedure
- Parameter and issue records
- Acceptance or action list

Put this stage into your project brief
Share the information already available and mark what is still unknown. Allot Tech can use the same brief to coordinate a project-specific discussion with suitable manufacturing resources.
Request Turnkey Project Review
Turnkey scope is project-specific and is defined by the signed technical and commercial agreement.
