02 Where it fits

Position in the project journey

Project closure - after agreed acceptance, training and document delivery.

03 Buyer inputs

What the buyer should prepare

  • Agreed acceptance test results
  • Authorized operations and maintenance representatives
  • Review of documents, spares and remaining actions

04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs

What should be clarified or provided

  • Completion evidence for the confirmed scope
  • Delivered documents and spare-parts record
  • Open-item status and after-sales communication route

Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.

05 Technical scope

Questions and work to control

Agree What Completion Means

The handover basis should identify accepted deliverables, completed tests, documents provided, training records, remaining actions, responsibility owners, and any conditions attached to closure.

Leave the Buyer With a Controlled Record

A project-specific handover pack helps operations and maintenance teams work from the correct revisions and understand where to request technical or parts support.

  • Acceptance and open-item status
  • Approved manuals, drawings, and equipment records
  • Support channels and buyer-owned follow-up actions

06 Responsibility

Assign the owner before the work is due

Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.

07 Common risks

What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty

  • Handover is defined only by engineer departure
  • Documents or spares are not reconciled against the order
  • Open items have no owner, due date or closure evidence

08 Acceptance or completion

How to know the stage is complete

The handover criteria defined in the contract or technical agreement are reviewed and signed, including any controlled open-item list.

09 Required documents

Records that support the decision

  • Acceptance records
  • Training record
  • Document register
  • Spare-parts list
  • Handover and open-item record
