Define the Product and Commercial Operating Basis

Record the target market, finished-water objective, bottle and pack formats, route to market, required operating pattern, target production start, and the buyer requirements that the project must satisfy. These are buyer inputs, not claims that a machinery supplier can approve local permits or commercial viability.

Verify Water, Site and Local Responsibilities

Obtain the available raw-water analysis, confirm building dimensions and access, and record power, water, air, cooling and drainage conditions. Assign land, civil work, permits, import, local utilities, unloading, lifting, labor and trial materials before treating the project as ready for quotation.

Build an RFQ Before Comparing Suppliers

Issue one written project brief and equipment boundary to every bidder. Compare scope, interfaces, documents, FAT, logistics, installation, commissioning, training, handover and exclusions on the same basis instead of comparing a filler price with a complete-plant proposal.

Practical answers before you request a quotation

Should I choose machines before I have a factory?

You can explore concepts, but a responsible final configuration needs verified space, access, utility and local-work information. Otherwise layout and installed cost remain assumptions.

Do I need a raw-water analysis first?

Available source-water information is an important treatment input. If the analysis is not ready, mark it open and avoid treating a generic RO package as a confirmed design.

Which project decisions come first?

Start with product, container, finished pack, output basis, site and responsibility model. Then develop treatment, equipment, layout, utilities, logistics and acceptance.

Does the supplier handle licenses and civil work?

Not automatically. Local permits, production approvals, land, building, civil work and utility distribution must have named owners in the signed responsibility matrix.

Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
