Product identity, target markets, approved package, saleable demand, operating calendar, and reference format should lead equipment configuration. A filler speed alone cannot define a complete plant.
- Keep demand separate from nameplate speed
- Record which data are verified and which remain provisional
- Use one reference package across every machine response
Connect the Factory to the Selected Equipment
Verified dimensions, access, floor, drainage, power, water, air, cooling, storage, safety, and local work determine whether the project can be installed and commissioned as planned.
- Use current site evidence rather than a generic layout
- Assign buyer and supplier connection boundaries
- Do not mobilize against an incomplete readiness statement
Define Evidence and Responsibility Before Commercial Comparison
Every scope item needs an owner and a completion record. FAT, shipment, installation, commissioning, training, and handover should have project-specific entry conditions and open-item rules before totals are compared.

- Name who approves each project gate
- Carry unresolved items into the RFQ and agreement

What score means the project is ready to order?
No score approves an order. The tool only measures whether eight definition areas are recorded for structured review.
Does the assessment send project data to Allot Tech?
No. It runs locally in the browser. The buyer decides whether to copy the summary or use the separate inquiry form.
Can unknown information remain open?
Yes. Keep it visible, assign an owner and due gate, and prevent it from becoming a hidden assumption.

Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
