Protect Equipment Identity, Condition, and Reassembly Through the Actual Logistics Route

Water Bottling Export Packing and Preservation Plan

Export packing should follow equipment geometry, sensitivity, center of gravity, lifting, route, transport modes, storage duration and environment, legal packaging controls, site unloading, reassembly, and inspection. The signed terms define responsibility and release.

01 Answer first

How should water bottling equipment be prepared for export shipment?

Design packing and preservation for the actual route, equipment sensitivity, handling, storage, clean parts, lifting, identity, disassembly, reassembly, legal packaging controls, pre-close inspection, and arrival response under the signed responsibility boundary.

02 Where it fits

Position in the project journey

Logistics preparation — before equipment packing and shipment release.

03 Buyer inputs

What the buyer should prepare

  • Destination and site handling conditions
  • Receiver, storage, and reporting resources
  • Local import and packaging requirements

04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs

What should be clarified or provided

  • Item-specific packing and preservation
  • Identity, photo, and release evidence
  • Reassembly and renewal instructions

Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.

05 Technical scope

Questions and work to control

Define the Route and Handling Conditions

Map factory movement, inland transport, terminal handling, ocean or air segment, transshipment, customs, site delivery, unloading, and expected storage.

Classify Equipment Preservation Needs

Identify moisture, corrosion, dust, impact, vibration, deformation, contamination, UV, temperature, battery, fluid, and long-storage concerns by item.

Design Packing Around Loads and Access

Provide supports, blocking, bracing, covers, crates, lifting and tie-down points, center-of-gravity marks, fork access, and locally required packaging treatment.

Control Clean and Product-Contact Parts

Protect openings, hygienic surfaces, instruments, cables, small parts, lubricated components, and loose assemblies with clear status and reassembly instructions.

Preserve Identity and Packing Traceability

Link case or item marks, equipment tags, packing list, photographs, dimensions, weight, destination, handling marks, and document pouch to the project register.

Plan Disassembly and Reassembly

Record removed components, match marks, fasteners, cables, pipes, alignment references, settings, special tools, storage, and restoration checks.

Inspect Before Closing and Release

Verify FAT status, open-item treatment, cleanliness, draining, preservation, contents, loose-item control, documents, photographs, and authorized shipment release.

Define Arrival Inspection and Preservation Renewal

State how the receiver checks damage, seals, moisture, case condition, identity, missing parts, storage needs, reporting deadlines, and preservation renewal.

Buyer questions answered

Practical answers before you request a quotation

Is stretch wrapping sufficient for export machinery?

Packing depends on the equipment, route, handling, environment, storage, and signed logistics requirements.

Why photograph equipment before closing cases?

Photos support identity, condition, contents, securing, markings, and later receipt or claim evidence.

Who decides packaging treatment rules?

Qualified logistics and customs parties should confirm applicable route and destination requirements.

06 Responsibility

Assign the owner before the work is due

Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.

07 Common risks

What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty

  • Packing ignores transshipment or outdoor storage
  • Loose parts lose equipment identity
  • Arrival damage is reported without controlled evidence

08 Acceptance or completion

How to know the stage is complete

Release when every item has route-appropriate preservation, secure handling, traceable identity, contents, instructions, and arrival controls.

09 Required documents

Records that support the decision

  • Packing and preservation plan
  • Case packing record
  • Arrival inspection instruction
