Primary Water Packaging Monoblock

3-in-1 Water Rinsing, Filling and Capping System

A 3-in-1 water rinsing, filling and capping system combines three primary packaging stages in one coordinated monoblock. Correct selection still depends on the product, bottle and neck, closure, output basis, filler-inlet condition, sanitation, controls and upstream and downstream interfaces.

01 Answer first

What is a 3-in-1 water rinsing, filling and capping machine?

It is a monoblock that transfers compatible bottles through rinsing, water filling and cap application. It does not by itself define water treatment, bottle production, labels, coding, packing or utilities. The project must confirm the exact bottle and cap, fill method, rating conditions, hygiene and cleaning basis, controls, conveyors and acceptance tests.

02 Where it fits

Position in the project journey

Primary-filling system selection - after package and product definition and before monoblock model, line balance and FAT release.

03 Buyer inputs

What the buyer should prepare

  • Finished-water condition at filler inlet and required hygienic operating basis
  • Bottle drawing, neck finish, volume range, cap drawing and approved samples
  • Required output for one reference bottle plus format mix and changeovers
  • Factory utilities, operator model, label and packer downstream conditions

04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs

What should be clarified or provided

  • Current monoblock model, rinser, filler and capper configuration for the package
  • Rating conditions, bottle range, change parts, fill accuracy method and restrictions
  • Product-contact materials, sanitation, drains, guarding, controls and alarms
  • Infeed, outfeed, utility, FAT, sample, documentation and local-work requirements

Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.

05 Technical scope

Questions and work to control

Understand What the Three Functions Do—and Do Not Cover

The monoblock receives suitable empty bottles, rinses them under the confirmed process, fills product water and applies the approved closure. It does not replace treatment, bottle blowing or unscrambling, full-bottle inspection, labeling, coding, secondary packing or local utility systems.

  • Rinsing and container handling
  • Water filling under the confirmed method
  • Cap feeding and closure application
  • Separate upstream and downstream systems

Use XGF Data With Its Published Reference Basis

The catalog describes XGF pure or mineral water washing-filling-capping equipment with normal-pressure filling, PLC control, air-conveyor infeed, adjustable outfeed and coordinated speed control. It publishes model data on a 500 ml basis and a 500–2,000 ml range. All are Catalog References; current specifications require project confirmation.

  • Do not remove the reference-bottle condition
  • Verify the proposed bottle and cap directly
  • Confirm current controls and bought-out components
  • Record final values in the signed data sheet

Close the Treatment, Air-Conveyor and Outfeed Interfaces

The filler requires defined incoming water conditions, pressure or flow as applicable, hygienic connection and release status. Empty bottles need a compatible infeed and control handshake; filled bottles need stable discharge, accumulation and downstream-stop response.

  • Product-water connection and release owner
  • Bottle infeed geometry and minimum condition
  • Cap supply and replenishment interface
  • Full-bottle discharge and downstream coordination

Write an Acceptance Protocol for the Actual Package

FAT should use agreed bottles, caps and available water or safe test media under a written protocol. Confirm which functions, duration, observations, safety checks, documents and deviations are evaluated at the factory and which conditions remain for site commissioning.

  • Approved test materials and quantities
  • Dry, wet and package-handling test boundary
  • Recorded stops, rejects and open actions
  • Site-dependent conditions explicitly deferred

Buyer questions answered

Practical answers before you request a quotation

What does 3-in-1 mean on a water filling machine?

It means rinsing, filling and capping are combined in one monoblock. Treatment, bottle supply, labeling and packing remain separate boundaries.

What bottle sizes can an XGF machine handle?

The catalog publishes a 500–2,000 ml reference range, but it is not a project guarantee. Actual bottle geometry, neck, cap, change parts and selected model require confirmation.

Are catalog XGF speeds guaranteed?

No. The table is a Catalog Reference with a 500 ml basis. Project rating and acceptance depend on the actual package, materials, utilities and agreed conditions.

Does normal-pressure filling suit every water product?

Do not assume so. The product, process, container and filling conditions need technical confirmation for the project.

What information is needed for a 3-in-1 quotation?

Provide water conditions, bottle and cap data, reference output, formats, site utilities, upstream bottle route, downstream label and pack route and required tests.

06 Responsibility

Assign the owner before the work is due

Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.

07 Common risks

What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty

  • Catalog BPH values are copied without the stated 500 ml basis and project conditions
  • Bottle, neck or cap is not approved before change parts and tooling are released
  • Treatment-to-filler and filler-to-labeler interfaces have no accountable owner
  • A monoblock is sold as a complete water bottling plant

08 Acceptance or completion

How to know the stage is complete

The selected system has approved containers and closures, a written product and fill basis, project-confirmed model and rating, defined interfaces and an FAT protocol that separates factory evidence from final site performance.

09 Required documents

Records that support the decision

  • Bottle, neck, cap and format approval package
  • Project-specific XGF or alternative machine data sheet
  • Sanitation, utility, control and interface schedule
  • FAT protocol, results, deviations and site follow-up list
