01 Answer first
Why does filler BPH not equal reliable finished-line output?
Upstream treatment and blowing, bottle transfer, labeling, packing, accumulation, changeovers, material quality and operator response can constrain the complete line. Compare every machine on the same bottle, pack and operating basis before treating a headline speed as a plant result.
02 Where it fits
Position in the project journey
Configuration review - before final equipment selection.
03 Buyer inputs
What the buyer should prepare
- Reference bottle size, shape and material
- Label, code and secondary-pack formats
- Required operating pattern and changeover mix
- Expected operator and material-supply conditions
04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs
What should be clarified or provided
- Common rating basis for upstream and downstream machines
- Accumulation, transfer and restart strategy
- Known format restrictions and changeover assumptions
- Integrated control and stop-cause review
Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.
05 Technical scope
Questions and work to control
Look Beyond Rated Machine Speed
Individual ratings may be based on different containers or test conditions. The useful comparison is how the complete project-specific line is expected to behave with the agreed formats and materials.
Plan the Connections Between Processes
Conveyor design, buffer strategy, control logic, changeover method, operator tasks, and packaging-material replenishment should support stable flow and manageable recovery.
- Common basis for equipment capability
- Known restrictions by bottle or pack format
- Defined assumptions for operating and acceptance review
06 Responsibility
Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
07 Common risks
What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty
- Each machine is quoted on a different test container
- Packing stops repeatedly starve or block the filler
- Headline speed is treated as guaranteed saleable output
08 Acceptance or completion
How to know the stage is complete
The line-balance record identifies the common basis, expected constraints, buffers, interfaces and agreed method for project-specific performance review.
09 Required documents
Records that support the decision
- Reference format data
- Equipment duty and restriction table
- Conveyor and accumulation concept
- Line-control and acceptance basis

Put this stage into your project brief
Share the information already available and mark what is still unknown. Allot Tech can use the same brief to coordinate a project-specific discussion with suitable manufacturing resources.
