01 Answer first
What site data must be verified before a water bottling plant layout is finalized?
Verify building and structural geometry, levels, delivery and lifting access, existing utilities and drains, environmental and adjacent conditions, concealed or uncertain items, and the coordinate, accuracy, ownership, and revision of the survey data.
02 Where it fits
Position in the project journey
Site-data verification — before layout and locally engineered works are released.
03 Buyer inputs
What the buyer should prepare
- Survey access and local records
- Qualified local survey resources
- Existing-condition and planned-work disclosure
04 Allot Tech and manufacturing-resource inputs
What should be clarified or provided
- Required measurement and interface data
- Delivery and installation envelopes
- Design consequences of site findings
Allot Tech coordinates requirement, quotation and project communication. Detailed engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation and confirmed service are performed by selected manufacturing resources according to the signed scope.
05 Technical scope
Questions and work to control
Define Survey Purpose, Accuracy, and Responsibility
State which design decisions depend on the survey, the required coordinate and level references, measurement tolerance, qualified parties, and issue date.
Verify Building Geometry and Structure
Measure columns, walls, doors, roof and clear heights, beams, pits, slabs, joints, openings, platforms, obstructions, and accessible structural records.
Map Equipment Delivery and Handling Access
Trace roads, gates, turning, unloading, lifting, temporary openings, internal transport, floor transitions, assembly areas, and storage routes.
Locate Existing Utilities and Battery Limits
Identify supply origin, route, capacity evidence, service condition, isolation, meters, panels, pipes, ducts, drains, data, and the responsible owner.
Record Drainage and Site Levels
Qualified local parties should survey floor slopes, drains, invert information, discharge routes, flood evidence, stormwater, wastewater, and connection constraints.
Capture Environmental and Neighboring Conditions
Record ambient extremes, dust, fumes, pests, traffic, vibration, noise, adjacent uses, security, water exposure, and other site-specific design inputs.
Document Unseen and Unverified Conditions
Mark concealed services, inaccessible areas, uncertain drawings, planned modifications, and intrusive surveys or tests still required before release.
Issue a Survey Constraint Register
Link each finding to affected layout, civil, utility, logistics, safety, schedule, and local approval decisions with owners and closure dates.
Buyer questions answered
Practical answers before you request a quotation
Are existing building drawings sufficient?
They are useful references, but critical dimensions, services, access, and changed conditions should be verified for the project.
Who should perform structural or drainage surveys?
Use qualified local professionals for the disciplines and accuracy required by the site and project.
How should hidden services be handled?
Mark them unverified, define additional detection or opening work, assign an owner, and avoid dependent release until controlled.
06 Responsibility
Assign the owner before the work is due
Land, building and civil work, permits, import and customs, local taxes, site utilities, unloading, lifting, local labor, travel support and commissioning materials are not automatically included. Confirm every responsibility before order.
07 Common risks
What commonly creates avoidable uncertainty
- Outdated drawings drive layout release
- Delivery access is checked after manufacture
- Concealed utilities conflict with foundations or drains
08 Acceptance or completion
How to know the stage is complete
Accept when critical conditions are measured to the required basis and every unverified item has an owner, consequence, and closure gate.
09 Required documents
Records that support the decision
- Site survey
- Photographic record
- Site constraint register
10 Next project step
Turn this decision into a reviewable project brief
Share the product, container, target output, destination and available site information. Unknown inputs can remain open for the first review.
Turnkey scope is project-specific and is defined by the signed technical and commercial agreement.
