Freeze the Requirements and Reference Data
Identify the finished product, source-water status, bottle and closure, label and code, finished pack, reference output basis, operating calendar, destination, site, utilities, environmental conditions, applicable buyer requirements, approved samples, drawings, and the revision status of every incorporated input.
Itemize Scope, Interfaces, and Responsibilities
List each equipment module, auxiliary, control boundary, engineering service, document, inspection, test, spare, tool, export and site service. Define terminals and conditions for power, water, air, cooling, drainage, signals, product, bottles, packs, structures, access, labor, safety, and local compliance work.
Define Evidence, Acceptance, and Completion
Specify document reviews, manufacturing reports, inspections, FAT protocol and materials, deviation and retest rules, packing and shipment release, installation completion, commissioning stages, site tests, training outcomes, handover documents, open-item treatment, and the meaning of each acceptance record.
Control Precedence, Change, and Support Boundaries
